Can I save the URL on my phone screen?
Do I need to create a profile?
  • It is not necessary to create a profile to order. We do suggest creating a profile if you plan on using regularly to make the process easier. If you choose not to, payment, contact, and delivery info will need to be entered every time.
What is my delivery address?
  • Delivery is only available on the Studio’s Main lot. Please enter your delivery address as 4000 Warner Blvd, Burbank, 91522.
  • Enter your building/stage and room number in the second address line or apt # line.
What if I want my food delivered to a different address than in my profile?
  • It is easy, just edit the profile and save the new addresses. Entering an address outside of the profile will not automatically save.
Am I able to select my Delivery/Pick-up time?
  • Yes, with these guidelines: Warner Bros. Food Services processes many orders per 15-minute time period. You can select an available time window for delivery or pick-up. If you select ASAP your order will be ready in the next available 15-minute time window.
  • ALL ASAP orders, please add 15 minutes for pick-up and 30 minutes for delivery to the time noted on your emailed receipt.
  • If there are no time options available, you will be able to call-in (818.954.4202) or order in the cafeteria. There will be a single entry into the building, social distancing signs and a single exit point.
Am I able to order for a future date?
  • When ordering from your desktop only next day orders are accepted. Unfortunately, any other advance order is not currently supported by our order software but may be possible in the future.
  • When ordering from your mobile next day orders may only be placed during the appropriate time windows. (Breakfast 7:30AM to 11:00AM and Lunch 11:00AM to 3:00PM.)
Will I receive a receipt?
  • Yes. A receipt will be sent to the email address in your profile and/or order. Please note: Email receipts do not show the 10% delivery fee. Amount paid is listed accurately, but the subtotal plus tax omits the service fee which is in the total.
  • Please note receipts will currently be sent from email.
Will I be able to see previous orders?
  • Yes. If you choose to set up a profile your previous orders will are shown. This comes in handy for quick re-orders.
Do you accept gift cards?
  • WBSF Gift Cards are not currently supported online but can be used on in-person or phone orders.
Will other Food Services outlets have this service?
  • Yes, Avon Grill will have online ordering available.
Take Out vs. Delivery
  • Take Out orders are to be picked up in the front of the Cafeteria (Building 21).
  • Delivery orders go through Road Runner and will be delivered to your office door.
    Deliveries are subject to a 10% delivery charge that will be added to your total bill.
Payment Timeout notes.
  • You can re-enter the payment screen to purchase what is in your cart.
  • If you would like to modify your cart, you will need to refresh the browser and it will start your order over. Please note this will delete any items placed in the previous cart.
Desktop/Tablet vs. Mobile Phone Tips:
  • When accessing on your mobile phone browsers, the default order type is Take-Out. Customers will need to go through the order process and at checkout you can change your order to delivery. A 10% charge will be added automatically and your receipt will reflect the update on the total, but will not be appear as an itemized charge.
  • When ordering from desktop/tablet browsers you can change the take-out or delivery option before adding items to cart, by clicking on ‘order type’ on the top left of the screen.
